[pmwiki-users] notify documentation

I note on pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Notify there is this sentence:

Custom delay parameters cannot be specified for individual addresses in the
SiteAdmin.NotifyList page:

Note the "cannot" in that sentence.  However, thereafter follows an example
of doing exactly that.  Is this just a typo that I can fix or am I not
understanding what is being said?
