Thanks for the brainstorm. I like how you think outside the box! The ability to control access to sections is definitely an appealing side effect.

Unfortunately, making each section an independent page would multiply the number of pages manyfold (possibly with a big performance hit), and complicate things such as deleting and searching for pages, and using page text variables. I believe the approach I had in mind would be much simpler - if it can be done.
