I guess you can use
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/LayoutVariables#HTMLHeaderFmt
Maybe have a look at http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/JsMath (Using
jsMath without ~80 MB of fonts).
