[pmwiki-users] $DefaultPage doesn't show up in $FmtPV by default?

I set $DefaultPage to 'Blog.HomePage', along with $DefaultGroup and
$DefaultName. I expected to be able to use $DefaultPage in my wiki
pages, like I can $DefaultGroup and $DefaultName, but running
action=diag (and further inspection of pmwiki.php) reveals that
$DefaultPage is not in $FmtPV. Is this a bug? Or is this intentional?
