And you cannot do that with Markup('yourmarkupname', 'directives',  '/\\(:noleft:\\)/ei', "YourFunctionThatTriggersWhateverYouNeed()"); ?

I am actually not sure if that works with noleft, noright, noheader, etc. since I always use custom section names in my skins.
