Tamouse already gave you a workable solution.  You may find some of the
solutions listed on this page helpful:

If you don't "do" shell then you could search for "pmwiki export" and
you'll find a few scripts that would be of help.  Obviously these are
intended to be used within the pmwiki infrastructure, but you could
probably strip them down to something that could be used more simply...
