PS:
another way to check your Fox form is to take a look at the HTML
source of the page. Find the tag <form name='cbox' ...> or whatever you
called your Fox form, and check the HTML <input ... /> tags.
There should be input tags named 'template' and 'target' and 'put'
etc. corresponding to your form, each with the relevant value, or the
Fox replacement variables as values. You can see how the pmwiki input
markup is rendered as HTML input tags. You might spot something amiss
there.
