[pmwiki-users] Adding/subtracting days to ftime Page Text Variable

I placed as a test the same markup

  {(ftime '%A %B %e, %Y' '{$:MyDate} -2days')}

on two pages of pmwiki.org[1][2] and it seems that it works smooth on
one page whereas it does not work at all on the other one.
What's wrong with that, please?
