As I understand it, we can use Markup_e if the result of the replace needs
to include "\$pagename" in the markup evaluation. Matches are referenced
using \$m[0], \$m[1], etc.

For example:

Markup_e( ... , ... , ... , "MyEvalFunction(\$pagename, \$m[1])");
