[pmwiki-users] New features to be enabled in the PmWiki core (Petko Yotov)

I don’t think many people use these three recipes (which are a set to be used together), so I don’t expect you’ll want to add them to the core. They allow pages to communicate with each other. But I can’t imagine making a wiki without them:
