effect when editing:<BR>The moment I type text in the Summary field and my text
cursor in the text area<BR>was not on the first line, the textarea scrollbar
starts scrolling up again in small junks every time<BR>I type a character in
this Summary field, until it reaches the top.</FONT></DIV>
