It's still set to GMT.<br><br>I've included the following lines in my config.php file, but they don't seem to matter (at least the putenv doesn't seem to matter; the $TimeFmt seems to be setting the correct output):<br><br>putenv("TZ=EST5EDT");<br>$TimeFmt = '%B %d, %Y, at %I:%M %p EST';<br><br>any thoughts?
