A new variable $EnableRelativeAttachLinks, if set to 1, should rewrite<br>
Attach: links in included page sections, so that the links stay<br>
relative to the original page.<br>

The PmMultipartMail() function can now embed Attach: pictures.<br>

The documentation was updated.<br>
