Description: Most links in the documentation are free links that depend on the default $MakePageNamePatterns to convert them to CamelCased links. If $MakePageNamePatterns is changed to not produce CamelCase, nearly all the documentation becomes inaccessible. This can be fixed by setting $MakePageNamePatterns in local/PmWiki.php.
