Primary care physician and informaticist at the Boston VA Medical Center (US Department of Veterans Affairs). Other roles include interagency liaison with the Indian Health Service and involvement with Health Information Architecture.

Interest in PmWiki is to help build informatics "community" in a large government agency. PmWiki is already in use by another group to help support evolutionary development of our mainstream electronic clinical practice environment, CPRS.
