So my questions are: Should I...
...open a PITS entry for all these considerations?
...make my "skinnedtrails.php" a real recipe, introducing gradually
patches  to previous points (WikiTrailExtensions?)
...do nothing about that.

Waiting for the gurus meditation ;)
