[pmwiki-devel] Odd behaviour of link in if directive

This might hark back a long time and may have been in for general use once,
because I have also seen
(:redirect [[Group.Page]]:)
generated  I think by the rename page recipe.
I don't mind fixing PmWiki if we need to.
