that is very useful.
The websites do not use  $UnapprovedLinkFmt

The websites does not have a concept of logging out (i.e. the action is not
a menu item).although there is a login
(they are public wikis, see  PmWiki | Cookbook / OpenPass-Talk

But when I do log out I am correctly prompted for the URL Approvals page
password
