Yeah, I didn't read through all of that discussion either; just
skimmed it.  Basically it's just a way of grouping a set of pages in a
specific order and allowing markup to automatically add links to the
previous and next pages within the order.  Right now the markup is
<<PageName>> and the ordering is defined by the first-level bulleted
list on that page.
