[Pmwiki-users] suggestions needed

I could use some markup help again. I've had a number of people
ask for the capability to change the background color or background
image of wiki pages.

But, as with most things, I need a markup to support it. In some
sense it's a style item, so it could potentially use the %...%
markup. However, it's an attribute for the entire page (whereas
%...% is used for paragraph-level styles), so it could overload
the double-brackets again.

Also, we could provide markup that allows the wiki author to
apply styles to the HTML body tag.

My ideas thus far:

[[background:blue]] - set page background to blue
[[background:url.gif]] - set page background to image given by url.gif

  [[bgcolor:blue]]

  [[body bgcolor=blue background=url.gif link=red alink=blue vlink=grey]]

or do stuff overloading the %...% syntax.

Ideas or suggestions?
