[Pmwiki-users] include-statments are not useful in GroupHeader

Hi

At the moment, it's not useful to use [[include:...]] in GroupHeader since 
they are not parsed, e.g.
	http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/Test/IncludeInGroupHeader

I was a bit surprised by this, since I thought that a GroupHeader-page 
was simply prepended to the wiki source of the current page and _then_ the 
result was parsed.
