Let me guess (haven't looked at the site yet).  You're probably running 
the smart-quotes extension...

Yup, that's it.  SmartQuotes is converting the quotes inside of
the wikistyle into &lsquo; and &rsquo;, and that's causing the
wikistyle to no longer be seen as a wikistyle.

The "simple" solution for now would be to remove the 
%define=important ...% line from the GroupHeader on your site--despite
what it defines, it's not all that important.  :-) :-)
