This will likely be supported via the search syntax discussed in the thread at
http://pmichaud.com/pipermail/pmwiki-users_pmichaud.com/2004-January/002170.html

Essentially, one can add markup such as "[[search:text]]" to get a
dynamic list of all pages containing "text".  Thus the markup
"[[search:[[$Title]]]]" would display a list of all pages containing
the current page's title.

I'll make this a configurable feature whereby a WikiAdministrator
can specify a sequence of page name patterns that should be excluded from
search results, but there have been several times where I've been glad
to see RecentChanges pages in the search results.
