Can you log in to the server and do

	ls -lR /home/web/8f9fp6qttrcecwem9bxg/webspace_3yd7n6ms9w/wiki/uploads/Volda

Sometimes I've happened to create a directory manually, which means 
that it isn't owned by 'apache', so apache isn't allowed to write to 
it later.

And what's up with that long and complicated path?
