[Pmwiki-users] <p> tags

Hello,

When I use the edit box to add text, the paragraphs that are generated 
are preceeded by <p></p> tags, rather than surrounding them . Is this a 
bug or a feature ? Either way, how to I style paragraph text using CSS ? 
At the moment the styling I am using is being applied to the (empty) 
paragraphs, and not to the un-tagged text in the HTML generated by pmwiki.

My test browser is mozilla 1.5 .
