Thanks for the list...here are a couple of quick responses for now,
with longer comments and fixes to come a bit later.

The %comment% WikiStyle can be used to place comments into the wiki markup
that isn't displayed in the output.  See the bottom of

In general Cookbook and other scripts should use the variable $WikiDir
instead of hard-coding "wiki.d".
