I don't think that it's a bug either. But I do think that it's potentially
very confusing.

Agreed.

I guess the real problem for me is that there is no way for users of any
kind to know that a page has been included somewhere - unless they are
looking at it in its included form. If a user arrives at the page through
some path other than its inclusion, they can't possibly be expected to
create WikiWords in the form of Group/WikiWord because that is completely
counter to all of the user's understanding of WikiWiki.
