[Pmwiki-users] PHP blues?

Sometimes a PHP-script is to read a file but then suddenly ignores changes
made to that file. I.e. it seems as if PHP keeps an internal copy of the
file and feeds that to all instances of the script.
The problem is perhaps related to the script not terminating normally.
Anyway, once this is going on debugging is horrible.
Perhaps this is IIS related.

Anyone have PHP-development tips? IDE, stepping tracing? The only help I get
now while debugging is from the E_NOTICE flag.
