Sure, but then, believe it or not, people complain when they don't see
the <p> tags around the paragraphs.  And <div> doesn't always work as
a direct replacement for <p>--there are some slight differences.

PmWiki 2 may yet become still smarter about this sort of thing, by not
putting paragraph tags around anything that has non-inline tags in it.  
I'll have to do this because of the way that search results and the 
like are generated.
