ok, but to solve your problem, we've to find out how it can be determined
what the reader's language is or what in which language the reader prefers
to see the wiki-page.
Could be a url-parameter or a link to set up a cookie.
Or something in the browser's info send to the server.
But anyway, it's a good idea to migrate to v2 (it's great and offers many
advantages to v1 (IMO) !)
If you already have v1 installed and created pages it's easy to migrate
with the compat1x.php-script (described in
http://www.pmwiki.org/pmwiki2/pmwiki.php/PmWiki/UpgradingFromPmWiki1)
