How about including information about unapproved links in the email that 
you can have automatically sent with recent changes?  (I don't normally go 
through Main.AllRecentChanges)

I also think it would be very convenient to have a search mechanism (or
page - UnapprovedURIs) that lists all pages and unapproved links.  (The
unapproved links shouldn't be rendered as links, but simply display the
destination URI and the link text)

I'm not sure if it's useful, but it could also be interesting with a
search mechanism/page that displays *all* external links from a wiki site
(ExternalURIs).  This might be completely impractical of course if the
site is huge... cool though :-)

A question... Is it possible to use pattern matching for the list of
approved URIs?  In other words, could I approve for instance:
	http://wiki.lyx.org/*

This might be very useful when 'disapproving' URIs.
