changing css url ( was Re: [Pmwiki-users] stylesheet of standard skin)

Hi,

I figured out what is wrong.  Because I'm using cgiwrap for php the
stylesheet is run through phpcgiwrapper because the url of the
stylesheet is 
http://student.ugent.be/cgi-bin/php-cgiwrap/wwwdocs/pmwiki/pub/skins/beeblebrox-gila/gila.css

I could hack this so it puts: 
http://student.ugent.be/pmwiki/pub/skins/beeblebrox-gila/gila.css

I for now changed the tpl file of the skins so it doesn't use the
$PubDirUrl variabele.

Where is this $PubDirUrl variabele defined?  Because I use phpcgiwrap
it is set incorrectly.

How should I handle it so I can define it in the config file?
