New version now uploaded. 

To take full advantage, you also need the markup extensions, 
which add back Q: and A: markup, plus run-in heads. The 
Q and A presentation is controlled in a style, so if you want 
a different display, just change the style.

I tested with dev 17, although I see there is now a dev 18.
