Exactly. Comments are separate from the main text of the page -- when
adding one, I don't expect to be able to change the article or the
other comments, so why should it matter if the *article* is locked?
It's off-limits anyway.

I suggest that someone take a look at how some common blog packages,
like Movable Type and Wordpress, do comments, because that's the
standard that the feature will be compared to.  (I can't at the
moment; I have more to do than I can handle.)

Anyway, I'm sure that I'm going to be amazed by v2 when I play with
it, sometime after the categories-enabled version comes out...you and
the community do wonderful work.
