[Pmwiki-users] home page displays but no others

I have installed pmwiki on win2k3 and with isapi php 4.3.8. The home page 
displays o.k. but attempting to go to any local linked pages results in a 
blank page (ie. truely blank, not a 404 or any other message). 

Under wikilib.d seem to be all the required files, and i have given full 
access to all these.

Been through faqs etc. 

Any suggestions ?
