[pmwiki-users] Feature request: Action lists in skins

Perhaps my point here was too obtuse. Admins may choose to put a variety of 
things in the various "bars" so naming them "ActionBar" or "ActionMenu" is 
inappropriate. It was the "action" word I was objecting to.
