[pmwiki-users] mailpost sort of not working - Farm/Field

This makes no sense to me at all and I need help.  Please?

I am running version 2 beta 26 and the remote diag is on for the Farm.
I am not sure the config files in the fields do not cascade as they should.  They are independent.

This generates no posts even when it shoud be and is in the "Farm" config.php

This generates the following posts even though the inlcude is commented out and is in the "Field" config.php
