Ah! You need to install either the markup extensions script or the 
renamehelper.php script. From RenamePage:


Important: the latest version requires that you also download and install the MarkupExtensions, 
which provide the functions to qualify unqualified links. Alternatively, use the renamehelper.php? 
(but do not use both).

Let me know if you have any problems. (I need to check that the renamehelper
is still consistent with the most recent markup extensions.)
