[pmwiki-users] Locked SideBar in new installation

Using <h5> for sidebar seems ok. 
Also if I am not mistaken pmwiki allows till <h6>, we have to see that we have 
some spare left for some miscellaneous stuffs(can't guess of one now). ;-)
