[pmwiki-users] Raw page formatting and layout

I did some checking and indeed the page does show correctly if you set 
time=0

BUT

you cannot save any edits with time=0. Zero (0) must be an invalid 
number in this instance

I retested by setting time=1 and it handled the edits fine too.
