Unfortunatly not, because it is in the intranet.

Yes. The TimeFmt ist set in the config.php for German setting:
$TimeFmt = '%d.%m.%Y'

and in the Newgroup.php (which is otherwise processed fine)
$TimeFmt = '%m/%d/%Y'

And as i said, in the footer it works fine (German on German pages - 
English on English pages).
