Ok, that's what I did. Btw, I made a small change to the cookbook page, 
just undo it if you don't like it.

Since I found this boring history amusing I added it to the cookbook page 
under the new section "origins" :-)

I can so understand your feelings about this... (just to be clear, I'd 
preferred 2005-02-10 as the default)
