Comment spam is the name for the game spammers are playing on our wikis.
I just stumbled upon a new feature created by google and being supported
by other search engines as well:

In short: just add rel="nofollow" to unapproved links.

So please PM, pimp my wiki - uh

change $UnapprovedLinkFmt?
