Just a note that many versions of Apache won't process SSI directives
coming from the output of cgi-bin scripts or PHP scripts, so this
doesn't really help.  But using <!--file:somefile.html--> in PmWiki does 
basically the same thing as the SSI version (in fact it does it more
efficiently than SSI).
