It's a way to specify when the "kept" thing should be restored, 
or to classify different keep items.  The only one that exists at
the moment is the "L" space for links -- links have to be restored
prior to wikistyle processing (but we generally do not want other
generically kept items restored).

I've been thinking of creating a "block" space in Keep, so that

   Keep('...something...', 'B')

tells PmWiki to preserve the contents, but treat it as a block
(i.e., don't wrap it up as a paragraph).  But getting the regexp
to make that work right may be a little tricky and I want to write
it when I have time to think on it and not rush it.
