[pmwiki-users] generatepdf cookbook add-on, need way to handle password protected pages

I am using the generatepdf.php cookbook add on, but when the page is
password protected for read, that routine, which shells out and calls
htmldoc and gets the page with an action=print, can't do its job since
that shell out doesn't know anything about the session.

Any hints on how to fix this easily??
