[pmwiki-users] My Vote: UtilityGroup (WAS: Name for "utility" group variable)

For what its worth, my vote is for "$UtilityGroup." It seemed the most 
appropriate name. It would also be nice if this group were more readily 
maskable via (:pagelist:) than a site administrator adding something to 
the config.php
