[pmwiki-users] (:include:) enhancement request

Hi,

In the process of designing a Site.EditForm with the help of the new 
Cookbook.Forms, I was thinking of having the (:include :) markup enhanced to 
accept an extra id/name parameter and enclose included page into a div with 
related name:

(:include Group.Page mypageid:) => <div id='mypageid'>...</div>
