Yes -- eventually the (:pagelist:) for this will change to be

   (:pagelist category=Category.{$Name} ... :)

or

   (:pagelist linksto=Category.{$Name} :)

which will do an exact match on each page's list of targets as opposed
to searching the full text (as it does now).
