[pmwiki-users] Password Help

Hello:

I'm having trouble understanding how to set the passwords on pages. I want 
to set a password to the Home Page Link when people edit it.
At the bottom of every page I have an edit link that says this: <a 
href='$PageUrl?action=$edit'>$[Edit Page]</a> - 

How do I go about doing this?

Here is my Side Bar:
